We are more similar than we think.
I again spoke to a friend with whom i had a major disagreement a few days ago. Both of us realised that we had seen the same thing and yet, come to different conclusions that felt like an attack on each other. “Sorry,” was said multiple times.
I observe the people around. Some are looking forward to the sounds, some don’t like it, others are on their mobile — that’s a seperate category. Me, I am still figuring out.
Some thing(s) we in general, and i in particular, said had led to this.
How does a story change when it is approached from different points of view?
I shift focus to what I want to do. I move to places where there is balance, finding sense in my moments, making them concise and precise. I breathe. “Just do that,” I tell myself.
